Just remember that the shape of your chest is not what makes you different, it&#039;s the way you see yourself. Your biggest battle will be not letting it bother you. Once you do that then your confidence will override any physical differences you have.

FYI-Women will take a guy with tons of confidence over a guy with a perfect body. But working out does help too. Hope this helps!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Hi, i have pectus carinatum on the right side of my chest, i am 17 and my PC isnt that big, but still noticable when i wear a T-shirt. is there any hope to FIX my chest and/or to mask my PC totally. Also can you give me tips about workout and tell me if there is ANY hope, i am quite miserable about this and i feel so bad. kind off lost a lot confidence, and first and last thing i think about is my PC.
